For those looking for a morning out in the country where you will awaken, activate & align through movement – why not join us where we’ll connect mind, body & breath. You’ll get to experience a 75-minute Pilates & Yoga infused session on the lawns of the luxurious Kloofzicht Lodge & Spa whilst Belinda & Daniela guide you through various movements. The session will take place in a secluded area overlooking one of the lakes with the most spectacular views of the Zwartkops mountains as a backdrop. This invigorating flow will be followed by a fabulously refreshing gin cocktail at the foot of the mountains overlooking the lake.
All you need to bring is your pilates/yoga mat, a small sweat towel, a bottle of water & a sense of adventure. All levels are welcome.
Wild To The Core consists of a small team of dynamic individuals who have a deep passion for sports, nature & the outdoors. Our ethos is around the celebration of movement with the desire to Stabilize, Strengthen & Stretch whilst at the same time we aim to Recalibrate, Realign & Rejuvenate. We train from beginner level all the way through to the more endurance athlete who might be looking to improve core strength, stamina and durability as well as overall health & well-being.
Pilates improves your flexibility, balance, agility, body alignment, core strength & movement patterns. Our 55 min Pilates session will end off with a 20 vibrant Vinyasa Yoga flow session to give you a holistic high energy workout and a well-balanced body session.

Withdrawal, Substitutions, Roll-overs:
All entry fees for the Event are non-refundable / non-transferable under all circumstances permitted by law, including, but not limited to, cancellation of the Event for any reason including withdrawal of your participation in the Event, or change in the date, nature, or format of the Event.
7 days and more prior to the event, refunds or roll-overs are permissible at the sole discretion of the organizer and based on medical grounds only. For refunds, an administration fee of 25% will be applicable. Alternatively, roll overs are valid for a maximum of 3 months with a maximum of one date change. If the participant does not, for any reason utilize the entry within 3 months, their entry will no longer be valid nor refunded.
0-6 days prior to the event, NO refunds or roll-overs are allowed, however substitutions are permissible at any time leading up to the event. Kindly ensure you email us on explore@wildafricaexperiences.co.za in order to assist further.
You acknowledge that the Event may be cancelled or changed due to government directives, severe weather or any other factors that may be considered to threaten the safety of participants as determined by the Event organiser in its sole discretion. We have always strived to deliver on each & every event but due to the nature of our activities, some natural elements are out of our hands. Unfortunately, there is a no refund policy on bookings due to rain or lightening cancellation caused on the day. The Event organiser further reserves the right to refuse any entry or cancel any entry to the Event.
