General Information Venue:
Join us for a spectacular morning trailblazing in the country surrounded by wide open plains, forests & fields followed by a few ice-cold, well deserved complimentary G&T’s to further ignite those senses. There’ll be a chill zone with live music at the end where you can savour a multitude of SA finest hand-crafted gins. This is a majestic venue located on the banks of the Crocodile River. Wild Africa Experiences have carved out some great new routes where you’ll explore largely jeep track paths across some wide-open plains. The views of the Johannesburg skyline are absolutely amazing with a spectacular sunrise for those on the early start, so if you are looking for adventure & something new – this venue has a lot to offer. Some of the interesting landmarks you will be passing include; Pumba Pools, Zebra Plains, Ostrich Run, Eland Cove, Lionsgate, Outlook Koppie.
Route – as there are no extreme climbs or immensely difficult terrain, Wild Africa Experiences have rated the route a 3/5 (5 being the most difficult). Walkers / hikers are more than welcome to join us on the 5km / 10km trail.
Participants will receive a branded glass as your medal at the finish line with a well-deserved complimentary gin tasting (only for runners 18 or older). A true Wild Africa Experience.
