Timing: Runners are required to record their individual time using their own devices if required. Once you cross the finish line please drop your wrist band into the bucket for our virtual lucky draw and write your timing down at the timing zone if needed for points.  Timings will be published on our website in the week for Discovery Vitality Point submissions etc

General Information Venue:
This is a majestic venue located on the banks of the Magalies River, so you’ll get to enjoy a spectacular morning out in the country surrounded by bon fires, friends, wildlife & morning festivities. There will be hot coffee available before the run & an optional runners breakfast option available after the run. Participants will receive a branded enamel mug as your medal after the run and Wild Africa Experiences will be offering the first Gluhwein fill to start the festivities.

Route – as there are no extreme climbs or immensely difficult terrain, Wild Africa Experiences have rated the route a 3/5 (5 being the most difficult). Walkers / hikers are more than welcome to join us & we cater for all fitness levels ranging from 5km to a idyllic 12km through the forest.

Giving Back to those in need: Linda Spencer-Coye sadly will not be joining us this year, she was one of the driving forces behind HAWS (Harties Animal Welfare Society) and sadly passed a few months ago, we honour her with this run.

We kindly ask that in the spirit of running for a cause & warming up our community, each runner (or family) is encouraged to bring a blanket  (or food items) for those less fortunate (including animal welfare).  All donations will be nominated to Little Falls Christian Church as well as HAWS (Hartbeespoort Animal Welfare Society).  We will be hosting a small auction afterwards to raise cash contributions also for both causes.  If anyone would like to donate any gifts/prizes towards this cause, please do let us know. Every bit counts & they really appreciate the support!
